A 7-week class meeting once a week starting 8/8/23. 

During our Fall Church History class, we are going to unpack some BIG questions about how the church started and how it changed over the past centuries. We will consider what the defining stories of the church are, and how those stories shape who we are today. Going back to the beginning, we will see that the early church worshipped the same God and had the same Word of God but did things in different ways. As we come closer to modernity, we will meet giants of the faith like Eusebius, Augustine, Martin Luther, Charles Spurgeon, Lottie Moon and more. Along the way, we will return to God's Word repeatedly to see precisely WHO He calls us to be. Come join us for a journey through history!

Este curso de liderazgo (ministerio pastoral/laico) examinará dos aspectos diferentes del liderazgo ministerial del trabajo dado a aquellos que pastorean los rebaños de Dios. Primero, el término liderazgo se usará para describir el trabajo del pastor como administrador y lider. Se proporciona una visión general de los principios que deben guiar al pastor en el establecimiento de una visión para el futuro, la planificación y la dirección. Estos principios están destinados a ser conceptos ampliamente aplicados en cualquier entorno cultural y ser de utilidad para el pastor de una iglesia de cualquier tamaño. Segundo, el término consejería se usará para describir el trabajo del pastor o líder, como sanador de heridas (espiritual y emocionalmente). Ideal para pastores, maestros bíblicos y lideres ministeriales.
